So i was wondering, what is the actual process to pick up e5 in the army reserves? I am currently having this problem and so is one of my soldiers I'm attempting to complete correspondence courses to earn some additional promotion points during fy22 I've completed a few over the past couple weeks (roughly 15 hours) and i still haven't seen anything populate in the ippsa portal
